الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the company portfolio in terms of investments and returns
- Investment accounting and market securities analysis
- Preparation of budgets and cash flow projections
- Conduct market research
- Evaluate financial statements to streamline your daily processes.
- Provide assistance with balance sheets, tax calculations, and financial statement information.
- Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
- Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and above.
- 5 years of experience in Investment Accounting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Analyzing and managing investment accounting documents and conducting independent research
- Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.
- Advanced knowledge of the rules and regulations about reporting and managing investments, evaluating financial data, and critically assessing investment activities.
- A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
- Reporting Skills
- Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
