 · Lead Platforms implementation
 · Deep understanding of different platforms
 · Working to meet defined KPIs and targets contributing to Organization's objectives.
 · Managing engagements with Company's high-profile clients.
 · Enriching customer experience with Company Projects and Programs Delivery experience.
 · Experience in Cloud setup
 · Communication and Advanced security Scope: Communication links, DNS, Arbor DDoS, PAM, HSM, Firewall Management, and NTP solutions.
 · Executing all planned communications, dashboard updating, and reporting.
 · Managing Plan view Program account, attributes, and updates
 · Collaborate with the projects office in introducing PMI standards, processes, and methodologies
 · Managing the deployment of and transition of SAP SuccessFactors HR And Performance Management Modules.
 · Managing the build and transition part of the ServiceNow Service Desk solution along with hosting infrastructure.
