Production Planning and Control Engineer
الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the production process and draw up a production schedule.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Prepare production Plans using ERP system (preferably SAP) and other planning software
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Expedite customer orders to satisfy customer order requirements.
- Monitor and report production orders and report status to sales department
- Assess and analyze current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Achieve monthly and yearly production KPIs
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
- Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- 5 to 10 year’s experience as Production Planning & Control Engineer in Plastics Industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in ERP system (Preferably SAP), Microsoft office Planning software (ex: Primavera, MS projects etc.)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Age : Maximum 38 Years old.
