Performance Executive – Aftersales | AL Futtaim Automotive | Dubai
Overview of the role:
- To facilitate a data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business and management better
What you will do:
- Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management and Key Stakeholders
- Generation of new and analysis of business-specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI
- Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts
- Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
- Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy
- Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience with a 3-year work experience preferably in Automotive within Aftersales
- Experience in SAP and BIW Knowledge
- Analytical, data-driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills
- Operational, fast to assess situation, recommend and act
- Experience of big data handling
- Excellent user of Microsoft office, Data Analytics and Visualization tools – Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx
- Excellent written and verbal communication
