Lead Generation (Qualifiers)
Overview
The Qualifiers Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales
leads to support the Sales and Marketing teams.
The Qualifiers specialist is a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new
business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists,
discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach
decision-makers is essential!
Responsibilities:
● Prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and account management phone calls.
● Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing to develop lead generation strategies and
generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
● Actively engage with prospective new customers via phone, emails to introduce our products
and service offerings and our value proposition.
● Build in-depth knowledge of client s business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be
translated into business opportunities.
● Composing & sending follow up emails to build relationships with clients and prospects
● Following up on new business opportunities and setting appointments (phone & in-person)
● Reliably reaching quote & other related performance benchmarks
● Maintains control file of proposal related documents (versions, appendices, iterative responses).
● Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity
report
Skills and Requirements:
● 1 – 3 years of Qualifiers experience or telemarketing, indoor sales.
● A bachelor’s degree in Business management or any related field.
● Ability to maintain sales leads, opportunities and revenue pipeline effectively.
● Proven skills in producing proposal content and Identify and re-work existing pre-written content
where relevant.
● Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
● Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline.
● Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.
● Excellent written and verbal skills.
● Great attitude, and a team player that will share their recipe(s) for success.
● Should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
