Job tiltle: Consultant Psychiatrist

Education and Licensure:

• Medical Degree (MBBS) degree from a recognized medical school.
• Membership Degree (MRCP) and/or degree in Saudi Bored, Arab Board and American Board in Psychiatry or its equivalent qualifications internationally recognized.
• A subspecialty Psychiatry Fellowship certificate of at least 2-years program in related specialty from recognized institution is essential requirement that is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Valid professional licensure to practice medicine in kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Current valid certification of Basic Life Support or obtaining that within 6 months of commencement of employment.

Professional Experience:

• At least six years of Experience post high medical qualification.
• Preferably trained and has worked in the UK, USA, Canada or Germany.

Specialized Knowledge:

• Good general health, able to work extended hours under stress, isolation and at high altitudes, mobility, near visual acuity and no uncorrected audiological problems.
• Teaching: To demonstrate skills required for educational training to medical students, professions.
• Research: To demonstrate a proven ability and track record of engagement in research relating to the specialty.
