Overview of the role:

Famco is expanding the Volvo Used Construction Equipment sales and need to manage Key Accounts in all regions to increase the sales. His role will be developed and implemented sales strategy and plans in order to achieve high levels of sales, profit.

What you will do:

• Lead the sales activities and strategy to achieve the target, follow up the daily activity and report submission, support in customer visits, to achieve the targets and maintain the agreed gross margin.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products.

• Work within the parameters of company guidelines

• Develop used Construction Equipment suppliers and buyers

• Oversee the relationship’s with important clients. Obtaining & maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

• Building strong relationships with strategic customers base & expand the customer base

• Work closely with the aftersales team to maintain the repairs for the used units and keep it in good condition for selling.

المهارات

Required Skills to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferred master’s degree

• Min. 5 years’ experience in Construction equipment’s

• Good knowledge in KSA market

• Good communications & Leadership skills

What equips you for the role:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree – Mechanical Engineering and MBA holders are preferable
  • Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 7 to 10 years in Used Construction Equipment sales
