Diva Trading Resources is looking for a professional store manager to supervise one of our stores, responsible for facilitating and undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, supervising daily operations at a store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales.
Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
1.Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer meet monthly sales goals and targets.
2.Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
3.Schedule and assign employees to meet operational requirements and maximize productivity.
4.Analyze and interpret reports to make sound business decisions and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
5.Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
6.Monitor and maintain inventory levels
7.Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
8.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
9.Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
Requirements and Skills:
1.A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
2.Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
5.Problem analysis and problem solving.
6.High level of flexibility.
7.The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
