الوصف الوظيفي

1. Report directly to the Safety Engineer and provide full assistance to him as well Project Manager.

2. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of SHADE’s Safety Policy and Loss Prevention Program (LPP) including Safe Work Practices / Safe Job Procedures and the Site Emergency Response Plan.

3. Monitor the health and safety hazards as well as the safety performance of all on-site workers to ensure that all workers on the site work safely.

4. Encourage and educate employees to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves and the equipment they use.

5. Conduct investigation and report all injuries, accidents / incidents, near misses and any hazard cases occurred in the workplace.

6. Report immediately to the Safety Supervisor and to the Project Management, SHADE’s employees and subcontractors any existing potential hazards at the workplace.

7. Review accident summary reports and recommend appropriate action when accident trends are unfavorable.

8. Ensure safety reports and data are collected and submitted to the supervisor in due time as required:

a. Man Hours work and safety inspections

b. Copy of accident / incident reports.

c. Description of any unsafe conditions discovered and steps taken to correct those conditions d. Copy of inspection reports on equipment, tools, and others as required e. Copy of safety inspection checklists or visit summary report f. Copy of audit reports and action taken

9. Ensure MSDS of all controlled hazardous products on site are up-to-date and available to all workers at all times.

10. Ensure daily risk assessments are being conducted by all Foremen and Supervisor as per SHADE’s Safety Policy and Procedure.

11. Maintain a professional level of contact with Clients, Subcontractors, and other relevant project parties and representatives at site.

12. Represent and attend all applicable health, safety, and environmental meetings as requested by the Safety Supervisor, Safety Manager or Project Manager.

13. Ensure that adequate Fire Fighting Equipment are provided and properly maintained.

14. Ensure that First Aider with complete First Aid Kit and Facilities are available in all areas in the workplace all the time.

15. Stop or suspend any work activities at the site whenever risk of injury or the possibility of dangerous occurrences will take place.

16. Update and display safety policies and pertinent information on the Company Bulletin Board.

17. Lead by example.

المهارات

Qualifications:

– Diploma/Bachelor's Degree. Saudi Aramco approved as safety officer.

-Safety specific certification likes, BOSH/IOSH/OSHA

Experience: + 3 Yrs of Experience.

-Experienced in the construction field.

Skills:

Knowledge of Scaffolding & Rigging Safety.

Able to join Immediately.

 Able to relocate.

 Hardworking & self learning

 Excellent communication skills

 Comprehensive job knowledge

 Objective orientation
