Job Summary:

Operations Controllers oversee a company's operations and provide support to the operations leadership

team. Essential duties listed on an Operations Controller example accepting orders, creating orders, checking

the availability of products in warehouses, ensuring compliance with operational rules, and managing labor

work in warehouses.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following:

– Operating a computerized control panel from a central control room to monitor, optimize and track

the processes for several processing units

– Operating by following up with upcoming orders and follow with the stocking team to maintain the

availability of product records.

– Ensuring compliance and well-applied Cloud Shelf Operating rules and regulation

– Ensuring equipment is in good condition and operating properly

– Monitoring process indicators, instruments, and meters to detect and report any possible problems

– Answering and directing phone calls, and text messages responding to alarm situations, data entry

and verification, and client care and support

Required Qualification and Skills:

– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field

– Good Computer Skills

– Excellent troubleshooting skills

– Attention to detail is needed

– Basic English both reading and writing
