Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager to manage, plan and coordinate the operations of our firm and provide a full range of secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
The main job duties will include:
– Planning and schedule appointments, conferences, meetings and arrangements for the firm;
– Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems;
– Processing and tracking legal work;
– Collecting, formatting and revising legal documents; and
– Reviewing and proofreading documents and correspondence.
Minimum qualifications:
– Secondary education diploma;
– Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and proficiency in MS Office;
– 1-2 years of administrative experience; and
