Scope
The Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Consultant. The Hospitality & Leisure team provides strategic advisory services including Market and Financial Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Use Studies, Operator Search & Selection Engagements and Operational Assessments. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers, and institutional investors.
Responsibilities:
- MRICS advantageous. Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.
- Maintain/update internal databases.
- Conduct primary research where required.
- Source and update secondary data.
- Understand Middle East market dynamics and the drivers of hospitality sector growth.
- Keep abreast of key trends/developments in the regional hospitality sector.
- Contribute to business development where possible and attend networking events.
- Report status of Lead projects in progress.
- Develop and implement recommendations, insights, storylines, and structures.
- Prepares, supervises and co-ordinates the development of high-quality deliverables and accountable for ensuring that high quality deliverables to be developed and communicated to clients in KF standards.
Global Liaison
Liaise with other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross sell opportunities into local and international teams.
Client Care
- Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
- Ensure highest quality standards in accordance with local and international standard

Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients always to foster the professional image of the Partnership

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
Aptitudes/Skills Required
- Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- The candidate should be passionate about the hospitality sector with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with experience in real estate development, hospitality advisory and hotel operations are preferred.
- Candidates are expected to have functional knowledge of the regional hospitality market.
- Good interpersonal & communications skills.
- Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- Must have very good report writing stills
- Should be able to conduct hospitality valuation.
- Ability to do the Investment appraisals and operational reviews.
- Aware of handling Asset management related operations.
- Complete understanding of Hotel P&L, Financial Projections & Development.
- Skilled to develop feasibility studies with complete understanding of how to develop ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback etc.
- Be able to write reports based on financial analysis outcomes.
- Skills to Analyse Monthly, Yearly Hotel P&L and convert it into Report.
- Must be able to understand and review Hotel Management Agreements.
