مطلوب مصمم جرافيك للعمل لدى Dumyah
Dumyah is looking to expand its creative department and looking for a digital graphic designer who will be working on the following:
- Manage the design, production, and maintenance of digital/marketing assets including but not limited to: the company website, digital and printed advertising, email creative and templates, social media graphics, and presentation decks.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into compelling visual design concepts.
- Work with the e-commerce team and developers on web design and can work on visuals that are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative visuals across digital and social media channels.
- Work on other projects as assigned.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layouts for approval.
- Completes projects by coordinating with the design team and other departments as needed.
- Maintains technical knowledge by reading related material or taking workshops.
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas & knowledge.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn and work on new software that meets business needs.
- The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- A team player with good organizational skills that support the rest of the team.
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve and develop.
- Background or knowledge in video editing programs and tools is a plus.
- Communication is a big part of the job, so the junior designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends is also key when moving toward promotion and recognition.
