Responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the senior management. To meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customerbase and ensures its strong presence.
- Establish collaborative relationships across and beyond own area in order to maximize the business performance and share best practices
- Growing the revenue &gross margin as per the company targets plans
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address satisfaction issues in a prompt manner.
- Specifying our product with the consultants by adding our brand's name to the vendor list
- Providing these customers with technical product support evaluating their project needs and specification
- Establishing a good rapport with the customer by being friendly, patient & polite.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Reporting on a regular basis to the management.
- Follow up on payments collections
Minimum Requirement [Knowledge Skill and Experience]
- Should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university.
- With technical know-how about the product.
- With 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity.
- With good communication skills
- Fluent in English Language (read, write, speak); Arabic language an advantage
- Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PowerPoint)
- With UAE Driving License
With a good network of MEP Contractors / Consultants in the UAE.
