Responsibilities
*Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary and follow them.
*Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and MOM , calls , and arrange new meetings and appointments.
*Document control and maintain filing system soft and hard copy.
*Follow some official basic documents related to company and team like social security corporation and municipality.
*Maintain the basic administration requirements done well like workplace situation.
*Make travel / visits / events arrangements.
Qualifications
*Experience in office works more than 3 years.
*Good in English language.
*discipline.
*Good in Microsoft Office.
