Field Test Engineer

Job Description:

• Good understanding of wireless data networks base on the following technologies: 5G, 4G and 3G.
• Good understanding of WIFI generations and differences between them.
• Test product software and hardware in live networks 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G environment.
• Test product in different locations inside and outside country.
• Using debugging software and logging tools to troubleshoot.
• Collaborate closely with support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Develop standard procedures for field testing tasks.
• Evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements if needed.
• Test the prototype product to determine its acceptability and recommend modifications if required.
• Maintain testing equipment and supplies in good working condition.
• Identify, analyze and document defects and inconsistencies in product behavior.

Education and experience:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in networking, telecommunication, computer engineer or any relevant field.
• 0~1 years of technical experience.
• Preferred to have network courses such as Network+ or CCNA.
