Flow is working with a leading financial institution that are actively hiring a CEO.
The CEO sets the vision and goals and is responsible for running the company operationally.
المهارات
To be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:
- 15+ years’ experience as CEO covering Ops, Sales, Finance, IT, HR & Risk.
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.
- Experience in developing and implementing profitable strategies at Board Level.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and management best practices.
- Solid IT architecture knowledge in terms of transaction flow.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
