الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
- Driving monthly Material requirement planning for sourcing
- Execute Purchase Strategy, Policies, Systems, Processes and Metrics in BU
- For servicing the production plan of the BU in respect of RM/PM.
- Establish MOQ’s for RM/PM and the reorder inventory levels based on lead times and consumption based on forecast & historical trend line
- Ensure call ups of centrally/BU contracted LPO as per production plan.
- Sourcing/selecting and negotiating with suppliers for local purchases and long-term contracts.
- Optimize the service and quality elements of contracts, identify areas of improvement, engage proactively with suppliers and manufacturing to implement these improvements.
- Proactively engage externally with suppliers on NPD for ingredients and recipe know how and internally with R&D, Planning, Marketing & CP
- Proactively collect and disseminate as appropriate market intelligence on vendor’s, supplies and competition·
- Support initiatives of CP in vendor development and material specifications.
- Responsible for import clearance and documentation of incoming RM/PM/Oil.
- Supplier relationship management for efficient & effective delivery of material
- Resolving quality issues
- Managing P2P with cycle and ensure timely payment, resolving payment issues, settlement of advance payment on time.
Qualifications:
B.TECH/ MBA in operations

Competencies:
- 5 – 6 years of relevant procurement experience in FMCG
- High level of personal integrity.
- Ability to work in cross- functional team
- Excellent communication & skills.
- Strong negotiation skills & Way with numbers.
- Good forecasting knowledge, Ability to see big picture & good decision Maker
