The Royal Institute for Inter-Faith Studies is starting a new project and is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator immediately:
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
• Minimum BA Degree in related fields;
• Up to two years experience working in related fields;
• Excellent command of English language;
• Good level of knowledge about RIIFS related topics;
• Possess strong working ethics;
• Willing to work in a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project coordinator is responsible for completing the following tasks:
1- Take responsibility to lead project implementation;
2- Provide support to financial, administrative and logistical tasks such as issuing Payment Requests, Procurement Plans, Budgeting, etc. and working with the field team to compile an updated monthly procurement and cash projection plan;
3- Lead implementation of activities in line with the project work plan agreed, organizing meetings, community engagement and awareness raising/information dissemination events;
4- Manage all operations related to the project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as reporting;
5- Prepare weekly updates and monthly progress reports, including challenges and recommendations;
6- Any other tasks in relation to project implementation as required.
