Looking for a candidate as “Business Development Manager” capable to manage digital marketplace startup company (activities such as: business development, sales, marketing, planning, strategies, accounting etc)

Responsibilities

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business strategy and revenue growth.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Drive brand sales activity within the specified region
  • Accountable for profitability of all related sales and oversight of the sales and marketing efforts with clients.
  • Identify new sources of business that present additional revenue earning opportunities and actively participate in the promotion of the business with potential clients
  • Creating strategies to promote the business.
  • Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals for clients and internal / external communications.
  • Manage business Development Activities.
  • Managing people, company structure, processes & policies.
  • Propose potential business deals.
  • Ensure consistent management of all proposals, contracts, payments, and deliverables.
  • Monitors competitor products, by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements
  • Forecasting sales results and ensure alignments with project timelines
  • Managing operations to Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales documentation and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Liaise with clients on various sales related issues.

المهارات

  • 2 to 5+ years’ experience in UAE or regional market
  • Strong experience in business and strategic development, digital marketing, campaign management /ad operations/ data analysis in marketing and advertising industry.
  • Results orientated, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
  • Basic understanding of social formats, targeting options, tracking tools, reporting interface.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Solid background experience in B2B & B2C sales.
  • Experienced industry professional with good customer acquisition skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preference will be given to those applicants who speaks English and Arabic
  • Salary + shares options. Details to be discussed during the interview. (part time + full time)
