Sr. Sales Engineer
الوصف الوظيفي
- Conduct client visits about sales
 - Explore the market in terms of business development and identify market trends
 - Be the key point of contact for clients and provide both pre- and after-sales advice to ensure that client requirements are addressed. Provide the best product or service that will best satisfy their requirements in terms of quality, price, and delivery
 - Ensure that the company sales targets are understood and met
 - Prepare tenders and quotations for assigned companies.
 - Negotiate tender terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
 - Follow up on the quotations and ensure the processing and timely delivery of the orders by following up with the concerned department/team on PO and delivery schedules.
 - Follow up on pending payments from the customers.
 - Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and anticipating their requirements.
 - Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
 - Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training to employees when needed.
 - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
 - Understand the market of the region allocated to the incumbents
 - Understand and meet the sales commission criteria of the company
 - Obtain outdoor sale orders by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales customers to ensure the achievement of sales targets set by the manager/company.
 - Focus on sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of orders.
 - Understand the market of the region allocated to the incumbents
 - Understand and meet the sales commission criteria of the company

المهارات
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
 - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
 - Good knowledge of the products, materials, and procedures.
 - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
 - Knowledge of ERP
 - Sales experience in lifting and equipment accessories.
