الوصف الوظيفي
2.1 To take a hands on / proactive approach to all aspects of delivering a “Retail Facility and Coffee Shop on HMS Jufair – Bahrain and to support in all areas the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Supervisor,
2.2 To take an active role in the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop front of house deliverables
2.3 To maintain “High” hygiene standards, within the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop
2.4 Compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
2.5 Undertake with support / direction from the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Senior Supervisor, food and other food products that are served are served as per all Food Safety Policies and Procedures.
2.6 That all shelves are all full stocked prior to opening and stocked throughout the period that the facility is open.
2.7 Ensure that no items stocked on the shelving’s has expired, and if identified, inform either the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Senior Assistance or the Retail Facility Supervisor.
2.8. To ensure correct usage and cleanliness of the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop equipment reporting the defects through either, Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Senior Assistance or the Retail Facility Supervisor.
2.8 The maintenance of company standards, policy and initiatives
2.9 To assist the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Senior Assistance, in order and control Retail Facility and Coffee Shop stocks. Identify stock that is deemed slow moving as well as fast moving stock
2.10 To monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and services in compliance with current food regulations and the Quality Control System, and HACCP (Such standards / Policies and Procedures can be obtained from the UK Nat Head Chef)
2.11 Liaise daily with the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Senior Assistance.
2.12 Maintain Company Quality Control procedures.
2.13 Promote the Company business and seek value added opportunities.
2.14 Continue to develop one’s own skills and knowledge within the position.
2.15 Manage all staff in a sound, fair and logical manner ensuring the good name of the KBR is upheld.
2.16 Be able to come up with logical and sound ideas that will enhance the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop
2.17 To cover when other members of the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop are on rotational leave period or on additional business tasks.
2.18 To cash up / close the til down at the end of each shift / day, and balance daily takings against stock sold, with support from either the Retail Facility and Coffee Shop Senior Assistance or the Retail Facility Supervisor.
2.19 Dress presentable at all times in issued clothing and to keep such issued clothing well maintained
2.20 Report immediately to your line manager any stock that may have been tampered with

المهارات
3.1 Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Retail Facility and Coffee Shop environment
3.2 Be highly motivated, strong, confident and articulate. Have good people skills and be a sound communicator.
3.3 Basic IT skills are essential.
3.4 Must an “Excellent Team Player”
