Home care Nurse:

To provide home health nursing care to patients enrolled in the service.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.

Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions

Recording patient vital signs and medical information

Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions

Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patient and significant others to understand care requirements.

Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; patient and family education to understand medical conditions, medications, and self-care skills

Assisting, carrying out, administering medications and treatments (eg. Wound care, NGT, etc.) as per doctor's order

Adheres to health and safety protocols of the company and regulatory body.

Adheres to protocols, norms, rules and regulations on both company and regulatory bodies.

Must always have a professional attitude.

Working Conditions:

Home visits and extended-care nurses. Flexible shifting working hours.

Required license:

Ministry of Health KSA License

With valid BLS and ACLS Certificates

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE:

2 years in the same field

Saudi Arabia – Jeddah
