الوصف الوظيفي
· Assist the HR Manager in the preparation of Company manpower plan.
· Design and implement recruitment plans to support special recruitment activities.
· Source & Shortlist as per Employment Requisition.
· Conduct preliminary interviews.
· Coordinate with local recruitment centers.
· Prepare business correspondence for all recruitment related activities.
· Apply HR recruitment policy.
· Analyze, evaluate & recommend recruiting activities.
· Review & initial employment offers & contracts.
· Review recruitment reports.
· Draft and approve recruitment advertisements.

· Ability to learn procedures/methods
· Excellent interpersonal, report writing and communication skills
· Ability to develop and maintain recruitment systems and Attention to detail
· Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as in conjunction with senior staff
