Being a social media team leader means you can handle the below tasks and are open to learning and delivering Client's concepts to ensure achieving the desired goals and KPIs that relies on this position:
- Manage the team of social media officers and coordinate with the management and other departments to excel in all parties’ deliveries.
- Liaise with the management and other departments and be responsible for what relies on social media management work and the quality of the team deliveries.
- Help the visual team with the needed content by suggesting different types of visuals and ideas that match the KPIs and goals that were agreed upon for approval
- Set up a vision for the team and how it can be one of the most qualified, experienced, and vital teams across the region.
- Evaluate the team and its deliveries and send the management the evaluation of the resources that work with you.
- Create a comprehensive brief to be delivered for you and your team from marketing or management or even the clients so you can work with and handle all the work smoothly.
- Ability to meet with the clients virtually and physically to share with them and represent your perspectives and work, discuss with them, and try to convince them of the quality of what you and the team did and how it will be the right thing to do.
- Handling the communications about social media with the clients (once needed)
- Ability to do market research, and competitors’ analysis. trends analysis for the new and existing clients, be equipped with all the scientific backgrounds the best deliveries need.
- Train and orient the team members and implement new strategies on how the development process should be applied.
- Define what metrics to measure clients & accounts S.M presence, and deliver a comprehensive monthly report for the clients on what growth happened, what trends, and what we recommend.
- Help other departments on different scopes when their work intersects with yours collaborating with other departments within the company to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.
- Responsible for planning, composing, and managing day-to-day social media communications.
- Using social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop the company’s overall social media deliveries.
- Build and execute social media strategy through platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, rates, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, and publish creative content with meaningful objectives.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Have a positive attitude to help the company in any unforeseen tasks that your skills, the experience can elevate the output.
