Position Title: SEN – Teacher with SENCO Qualification

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

§ To plan and organize activities and opportunities to extend learning.

§ To produce accurate and effective observations to assess the child’s progress and the effectiveness of the learning environment.

§ To support the development of the children through the early year’s framework.

§ To manage the children’s behaviour and routines in line with the settings policies and procedures.

§ Help to determine the strategic development of SEN policy and provision in the nursery

§ Have day-to-day responsibility for:

o Implementing SEN policy

o Co-ordinating any specific provisions for individual pupils with SEN, including those with education, health, and care (EHC) plans

§ Advise staff about SEN strategy and provision

§ Work closely with staff, parents, and special needs institution

§ Provide developmental reports on weekly and monthly bases

Qualifications:

Female, 35 years old and below
Must have a Certificate in childcare (CACHE 3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Education
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Must have a Certificate of Special Education Need
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
