الوصف الوظيفي
1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sourcing platforms
4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.,
5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within
schedule.
7. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, soft skills, skills, experience and aptitudes
8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
10. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team manger
11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
12. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation
13. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
14. Accomplishes Human Resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
