الوصف الوظيفي
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and
provide assistance.
Maintain HRMS records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal
information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment
requirements are met.
Manage HR events , employee engagement programs, feedbacks & surveys
etc.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
Provide payroll processing support including GOSI related etc.
Support the recruitment/hiring process, publish and remove job ads,
perform background checks, issue employment contracts.
Issue NOC’s, salary letters , other letters requested by employees from time
to time.
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
Support other functions as assigned.
المهارات
Requirements and skills
Proven 3-4 years' experience as an HR Executive or relevant human
resources/administrative position in UAE.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Valid KSA driving license
