  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, control correspondence, design filing systems, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions

  • Assist the Partners with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

  • Handling all HR related work in the company that involves ministries, embassies, preparing employee contract, renewing residencies for the staff, and renewing company licenses.

  • Managing company emails, technology planning, purchasing computer hardware and software licenses.
