الوصف الوظيفي
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work in close cooperation with Manager, Supervisor, Kitchen team and Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation
- Ensure the proper appearance and grooming.
- Work towards the timely setup with co-staff according to the Restaurant Menu and in line with the Business hours
- Welcoming the arriving customer & Presenting the Menu to the customer.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with our customers.
- Familiar with the restaurant menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues.
- Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet

Qualification
- Nationality – Indian , Srilankan & Filipino
- Age – 25-30 Years Old
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management.
- Work Related Experience with minimum of 2 years work experience in 3-5 * Hotel & Restaurant operations .
- Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly and professional with customers.
- Able to work with Flexible duty hours.
- Able to work under-pressure and with or without supervision of the Supervisor or Manager.
- Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team work- oriented and Easy to be Train.
