Architecture & interior design studio Bashta is looking for an Architect in Dubai on a full-time basis.

Job Description

Being able to prepare presentations, 3D Animations, and pre-concept design proposals for projects/competitions in sketches and related software based on clients' needs.
Lead clients' meetings to clarify project requirements, programs, and milestones and collect the necessary information to commence the design work.
Having the capability and creativity to develop concepts, schematic and detailed designs.
Having the capability to manage and monitor and lead the drafting process and the drafting technicians, and to be able to monitor productivity and to fix completion milestones.
Having good knowledge of the Authorities' rules and regulations and being responsible for developing all design stages in full compliance with the laws.
To have excellent knowledge of Architectural materials specifications and the ability to perform material selection to best suit the Architectural purpose and Authorities' regulations.
To be able to prepare Architectural details in full consideration of constructability and practicality of works execution.
Lead the coordination with all other design disciplines of Structural, MEP, and others.
Lead the coordination with the Follow-up team for submissions and obtaining Authorities' approvals and relevant NOCs.
Being Professional in Sketchup, Photoshop, Revit, AutoCAD, 3d MAX.

Terms

Work on the part of the Client.
Work with projects of commercial and residential segments, ranging from 450 to 4000 sq.m.
The level of remuneration is discussed at the meeting.
Full-Time Employment
