الوصف الوظيفي

  • Register daily transactions, posting entries, receipt vouchers, cash, banks & journal vouchers and entering them into company system.
  • Accumulating operating costs, provide management with cost analysis reports, controller expenditures.
  • Following-up for invoices for payment as per established procedures and guidelines.
  • Work with the External Auditor and prepare supporting documents and reports.
  • Oversee the payroll register for employees, payroll distribution and cost allocation into the project’s ledger.
  • Prepare employees final settlement as per company polices and UAE labour law.
  • Manage petty cash, and allocate the costs related to project.
  • Support for jobs costing and preparing for bids.
  • Liaise with bankers for daily operations and prepare requested facilities (LG, LC, Overdraft).
  • Manage Company cash flow and update management for cash position.
  • Prepare Monthly Financial Statement.
  • Prepare Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation File.
  • Verify Purchase Orders & match with the invoices.
  • Preparing month-end close procedures.

  • Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
  • Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
  • Ability to handle relevant software like Microsoft Suite for efficient preparation of reports and statements.
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • ERP suites Experience – Peachtree Accounting Software.
  • Excellent communications Skills and Hard Worker.
  • Must be bilingual (Arabic + English).
