الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities
- Developing the merchandising strategy based on research, data, industry knowledge and prior experience.
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Build and implement online and offline sales strategies defining the retail, warehousing, and distribution strategies
- Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity.
- Prepare reports to internal senior management.
- Develop and ensure compliance to budget for all merchandising process.
- Supervise and ensure effectiveness of all merchant activities.
المهارات
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (A Master's degree is preferred).
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is a must.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in merchandising working for a rights holder, an agency, a retailer or a brand .
- A proven track record of developing and executing profitable merchandising strategies.
- Well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of merchandising, including but not limited to building business plans, product development, factory sourcing, profitability and cost management, e-commerce, retail, visual merchandising and logistics.
