Job Role:
Implementing a strategy for electrical & utilities sections for developing the equipment performance and the staff skills.
Tasks:
- Designing maintenance programs for electrical & mechanical sections.
- Researching for new equipment compliance with standards requirement.
- Handling the training and development needs of new hires and upgrading the existing staff.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs adhering with safety regulations.
- Enforcing industry requirements.
- Performing human resource responsibilities.
- Assessing risks.
- Managing expenditure and budgets.
- Support the company to achieve the agreed KPI’s.
- Responsible for achieving the electrical & mechanical KPI’s agreed with his n+1 manager
