الوصف الوظيفي

1- Formulate the overall organization's strategy, in

collaboration with others in the executive team, focusing the organization's Actuarial function.

2- Develop and oversee implementation of Actuarial function policies and procedures and ensure its efficiency

3- Manage Actuarial function and ensures its compliance to regulatory requirements as well as market Standards

4- Manage internal and external relationships and represent the organization in all business matters related to Actuarial function.

5- Contribute to the development and evaluation of the overall organizational risk strategy focusing on insurance risk factors.

6- Design, test, and oversee policies and programmers to minimize risk and maximize the profitability of insurance policies

7- Formulate liability valuation and product pricing policies based on actuarial results and economic and actuarial assumptions

8- Conduct pricing reviews for new and existing insurance products taking into consideration competitors and financial markets changes

9- Monitor actuarial team performance and ensure efficiency.

10- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

1- صياغة استراتيجية المنظمة الشاملة، بالتعاون مع الآخرين في الفريق التنفيذي، مع التركيز على الوظيفة الإكتوارية للمنظمة.

2- التطوير والإشراف على تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الوظيفة الإكتوارية وضمان كفاءته

3- إدارة الوظيفة الاكتوارية ويضمن امتثالها للمتطلبات التنظيمية

وكذلك معاييرالسوق.

4- إدارة العلاقات الداخلية والخارجية وتمثيل المنظمة في جميع المسائل التجارية المتعلقة الوظيفة الاكتوارية

5- المساهمة في تطوير وتقييم استراتيجية المخاطر التنظيمية الشاملة التي تركز على عوامل مخاطر التأمين

6- تصميم وإختبار والإشراف على السياسات والبرامج للحد من المخاطر و زيادة ربحية بوالص التأمين

7- صياغة سياسات تقييم المسؤولية وسعر المنتج على أساس النتائج

الاكتوارية والافتراضات الاقتصادية والاكتوارية

8- إجراء مراجعات التسعير لمنتجات التأمين الجديدة والحالية مع مراعاة المنافسين والتغيرات في الأسواق المالية

9- مراقبة أداء الفريق الإكتواري وضمان الكفاءة.

10- القيام بأي مهام أخرى تم التكليف بها من قبل الإدارة

المهارات

1- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Finance

2- Good experience as an Actuarial Analyst, Investment Analyst or similar position

3- Additional certificate in risk management or passing professional actuarial exams

4- In-depth understanding of how to use actuarial formulas and tables

5- Good knowledge of insurance legislation

6- Excellent and excellent analytical skills.

1- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الإحصاء أو الرياضيات أو المالية

2- خبرةجيدة كمحلل إكتواري أو محلل إستثمار أو منصب مماثل.

3- شهادة إضافية في إدارة المخاطر أو إجتياز الإمتحانات الإكتوارية المهنية

4- فهم متعمق لكيفية إستخدام الصيغ والجداول الإكتوارية

5- معرفة جيدة بتشريعات التأمين

6- مهارات عديدة وتحليلية ممتازة.
