Summary:
Sr. QS Engineer with minimum 8-10 years of experience in main contracting companies. Previous Experience in Estimation and Tendering is desirable.
- Detailed study of tender documents, quantity take offs, cross checking, collect latest pricing, technical data
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity, bill of materials, cost coding and cost control system technical submittals
- Preparation of MEP estimates, comparison studies, IPC, Scope Clarifications
- Other job responsibilities as per the nature of the main job.
المهارات
- Bachelor of Engineering in (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Must have previous experience (8-10 Years)
- Excellent AutoCAD, Excel skills are required
- Excellent organization, team management and communication skills
- Time management, meeting close deadlines, working under pressure
