الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for passionate and dynamic real estate sales agents, offering them a commission-based salary in the primary/ off-plan sector, to aid in the selling process of the properties by attracting quality potential buyers.
- Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner
- Having good time management and organizational skills
- Preferably having 1-3 years’ experience in the real estate industry, or having a strong background knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Having any sales experience are welcome to apply as well.
- Available in Dubai
- Willing to join immediately
المهارات
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them;
- Intermediate negotiation processes of lease, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing;
- Display and market real property to possible tenants;
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, acknowledgements etc);
- Maintain and update listings of available properties;
- Promote through advertisements, open houses and listing services;
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices;
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
- Create lists for leasing properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
