REQUIREMENTS:
– Mandate sales experience
– Open to All Nationalities with proven six (6) months experience as a Real Estate agent
– Arabic and Russian speakers preferred
– Ability to network and make good rapport with existing accounts and source new accounts
– Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis
– Up to date working knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market
– Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle

DUTIES AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT
– Determine client’s property requirements and financial abilities to recommend the right property investment
– Perform comparative market analysis and proposed estimated selling or rental price of property
– Request documents from property and prepare documents for sales deal and advertisements
– Acquire property listings and regularly update the team for availability
– Keep informed of the latest practices and policies in Dubai real estate
