Objectives:
Our client is a Hospitality Company and is looking for an Internal Auditor to provide independent and objective evaluations of financial and operational business activities, including corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Objectively assess the company’s business processes
- Assess the company’s risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts
- Ensures that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
- Evaluates internal control and makes recommendations on how to improve
- Identifies shortfalls or gaps in processes
- Promotes ethics and helps identify improper conduct
- Assures safeguards
- Investigates fraud
- Communicates the findings and recommendations to the company’s Chairman
- Provides an opinion (Unqualified, qualified, adverse, or disclaim) whenever required by the Chairman
المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance is a plus.
- CIA or any related certificate
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
