Objectives:

Our client is a Hospitality Company and is looking for an Internal Auditor to provide independent and objective evaluations of financial and operational business activities, including corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Objectively assess the company’s business processes
Assess the company’s risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts
Ensures that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
Evaluates internal control and makes recommendations on how to improve
Identifies shortfalls or gaps in processes
Promotes ethics and helps identify improper conduct
Assures safeguards
Investigates fraud
Communicates the findings and recommendations to the company’s Chairman
Provides an opinion (Unqualified, qualified, adverse, or disclaim) whenever required by the Chairman
