الوصف الوظيفي
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Analyze reconciling bank statements, and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.
- Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
- Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare the PoC calculation for the related projects.
- Prepare VAT and WHT payments, Assist with tax audits.
- Ensure the accurate cost allocation process.
- Review All Supplier Invoices /Payments.
- Revising All Customers invoices, checks, making sure the payments are collected on time.
المهارات
- Bachelor of accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.
- Adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.
- An analytical personality, apt in understanding data by investigating the interplay between various information.
- Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
- Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of tax laws.
