الوصف الوظيفي

• Work proactively with importers and sales based in Saudi Arabia to provide support for Saber/SASO registration

• Serve as a subject matter expert for importing products into Saudi Arabia

• Maintain a database of Product Certifications of Conformity (PCOCs) per importer to actively track which products have PCOCs in place. Retain any PCOCs documents shared with Diversey Solutions

• Gather and provide technical reports and product information as required by the Saber authorities

• Ensure technical reports and product information is up to date and not expired

• Gather product pictures as needed for Saber/SASO

• Provide ISO certificates from manufacturers as needed for Saber/SASO

• Keep up to date and communicate the latest regulatory compliance requirements for Saudi Arabia

• Provide documentation such as Risk Assessment reports, CB Test Reports, Supplier Declaration of Conformity and other Diversey compliance documents as needed

• Create new documentation or edit documents for Saudi authorities as new requirements become known

• Communicate with cross-functional teams based in different time zones globally

• Set up accounts and NDAs with new certification agencies when required

• Advocate on behalf of Diversey Solutions with the Saber authorities and notified bodies

• Support improvement activities related to Saber/SASO registration

• Obtain a copy of the MOI and work with the Logistics department prior to movement of shipment

• Support pre-registration process for other countries based in the Middle East and Africa that have similar regulations to Saudi Arabia

المهارات

• Minimum 2 years of Saber registration experience

• Ability to learn quickly and process high volumes of information and paperwork

• Ability to recognize the type of documentation required for Saber registration based on the product type

• Verbal and written proficiency in English and Arabic
