الوصف الوظيفي

To support the General Services operations by providing the required assistance in acquiring government approvals related to general services, in order to facilitate efficient and effective bank operations.

Government Approvals

  • Undertake timely and efficient handling of license applications and renewals to support effective department operations.
  • Assist superior in other approval activities by handling applications and preparing required documentation in order to the employee requirements related to government regulations are met.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships in key departments and be aware of the regulation and formalities of Government organizations in order to achieve optimum efficiency with regard to governmental procedures.

Administration

  • Assist in management of stock related to stationery items and facilitate delivery of items to all branches / offices in order to support business’s administrative requirements.
  • Ensure the proper archiving and recording of documents related to general services in order to facilitate availability of required information to concerned internal and external parties:
  • Keep proper record for all electricity meter and payment records.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to facilitate cost optimization and productivity improvement.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Statements and Reports

  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet CB and department requirements, policies and standards.

Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment

  • Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Related Assignments

  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Diploma holders : 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in banking with exposure to general services.

Knowledge, & Other skills:

  • Good administrative skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good computer and MS office skills.
  • Arabic and English speaking preferred.
