Our client is looking to hire a General Manager (Facilities Management) who would be responsible for formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping the team develop and be productive, while ensuring the profits are on the rise.

<br />- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
<br />- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
<br />- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
<br />- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
<br />- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
<br />- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved

<br />Requirements- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
<br />- Experience in planning and budgeting
<br />- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
<br />- Strong analytical ability
