Call Center Agent, Male

tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit “Male Call Center Agent”

• Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Book patient appointments / medical surgeries with doctors in the network.
• Respond promptly to patients’ inquiries.
• Keep records of customer comments and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Males only.
• Ability to work in different time shifts.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
• Presentable and able to communicate with patients.

Requirements:

· Amman resident only.
