We are hiring Warehouse Manager:
Main Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Manage the warehouse operations and teams, including: Inbound, Inventory and Outbound
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, stock report etc.)
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities using software.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Create KPI’s and implement simple systems for evaluating and improving performance
• Design dashboards to easily identify bottleneck areas of the warehouse processes
• Manage Inventory physical counting & Controls Out-of-Stock
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Prepare annual budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Proven work experience 5-7 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager
•Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
•Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
•Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
•Leadership skills and ability manage staff
•Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication skills
