Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field of parking management.
Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
Conduct inspections i.e. Material, installation, e.g. ELV Security system and others as applicable.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and execution as agreed budgets and time frames.
To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's ongoing development and progression.
Coordinate the delivery of design outputs including the necessary quality assurance checking.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
To take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
To provide technical support to other site team members and resolve technical issues with Client and internal department staff.

المهارات

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
A valid engineering license.
4 or more years' field and project planning experience.
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Excellent project management and supervision skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
