Our client is a Automotive Company in UAE. They are now looking for an Automotive Engineer to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:

To investigate and provide technical solutions for issues raised by importers
Daily follow up of Open case until completion
Evaluation and approval of high-cost Warranty repair
Introduction of Best Practice Process
Create Newsletters and CQSR Alerts for publication to Importer
Vehicle Investigation, Field Investigation
Warranty Claim Validation
Ability to coach and train

Experience:

Automotive Engineer (Minimum 5 Year Master Tech ) with Dealer Experience
OEM Trained
Ability to Diagnose complex technical issues.
Ability to manage transversal subjects.
Strong communication skills at all levels.
Technical Training Experience
