We are looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to provide both pre and post contract quantity surveying related to MEP and Engineering Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide support and assistance to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of both pre and post-contract services related to MEP
Pre-contract duties includes completing the quantity measurement/pricing for input into preparation of Bill of Quantities, cost planning /estimation at various design stages of the project i.e. concept, schematic and detailed design
Post-contract duties includes reviewing and full understanding of Contract Documents, provides expertise in valuing/assessing change orders/variations form contractors/clients, payment recommendation/certificates
Complies with all QA requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience working in the Middle East (preferably from Consultancy)
Experience in computerized measurement softwares such as CostX would be preferred
Working knowledge in standard methods of measurements such as NRM, POMI, CESMM
Degree in related Engineering courses (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or BSc Quantity Surveying)
Working toward MRICS or accreditation equivalent would be preferred but not essential
Experience pre and post contract in project / programme delivery teams.
