1. Resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client, consulting engineers and project senior management.
2. Conduct Internal and External Technical Meetings to resolve all the pending Technical Issues.
3. Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4. Set up procedure and processes in monitoring and tracking of engineering related documentation throughout project lifestyle
5. Other technical/construction aspects of the project.
6. Serve as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the project
7. Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client, consulting engineers and contractors
8. Perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance for site installation works
9. Prepare detailed installation plans, methodology, processes and procedures for support of construction team
10. Propose and oversee timelines for engineering proposals and submissions are met
11. Check and confirm the accuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors and suppliers for the work to be performed, coordinate and ensure approvals are received from client in timely manner
12. Set up procedure and processes in monitoring and tracking of engineering related documentation throughout project lifestyle
13. Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors
14. Prepare and deliver various installation/erection or construction related presentations, both internally and externally

Must be innovative, detail-oriented, experienced in highly visible/controversial projects
Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments
Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships with staff, officials and stakeholders and to resolve complaints
Strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations
Reading comprehension to understand technical and legal materials.
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management
Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and conduct in-person and virtual public participation activities, meetings and hearings
