1. Perform structural analysis and design for different types of buildings in accordance with international standards and codes using engineering programs and spreadsheets.

2. Proficiency in ETAB, SAFE, and Stad is a must

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM technology (Revit structure)

4. Strong in the seismic and wind analysis for the mid to high-rise concrete buildings in compliance with American Code using software like ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000.

5. Technical Report Writing and other relevant official correspondence with Client / Project Managers

6. Experience in structural repair and strengthening is an advantage

7. Performs, Tender document, BOQ and technical bid analyses.

8. Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction related documents.

9. Carry out site survey and prepare survey reports

10. Good knowledge in Steel structure, precast, and post-tension would be an advantage

11. Attend technical and progress meetings with other engineering departments, project managers, and site engineers.

12. Experience with municipality rules and regulations.

5. Reading comprehension to understand technical and legal materials.
6. Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
7. Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management
8. Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines
9. Effective written and verbal communication skills
10. Ability to manage and conduct in-person and virtual public participation activities, meetings and hearings
